Provision virtual machines immediately to meet demand.
By default, Jenkins will slowly provision nodes until capacity meets demand. Enabling this will cause nodes to be provisioned as soon as there is demand.
This is most useful when using a run-once retention strategy, or when limiting the number of builds on a node.
