Instances to be launched, via the Openstack Cloud Plugin, at the beginning of the build. The instances will be terminated at the end of the build. Multiple templates, from one or more configured clouds, may be used. The IPs for the instances will be recorded in a comma-separated list, in the environment variable "JCLOUDS_IPS".
