Which regional ComputeService host to talk to: us.compute.namespaceapis.com or eu.compute.namespaceapis.com.

This is the API endpoint, not where instances are placed. A global host such as global.namespaceapis.com serves no compute routes at all and fails with UNIMPLEMENTED.

To pin instance placement instead, use Instance region under Advanced.
